Forge your path to fulfillment and impact

as a leader or facilitator

You’ve already given so much to your community and yet you know there’s more you want to bring forward.

Through personalized coaching, I’ll help you uncover the beliefs and behaviours that may be standing in your way. Together we’ll build the skills, confidence, and resilience you need to close the gap between your good intentions and the meaningful actions you want to take for yourself and your community.

If you’re also looking to strengthen how you show up with groups, my facilitation training programs offer practical tools, grounded practice, and a supportive community. You’ll learn how to lead with clarity, presence, and impact, so you can guide others with confidence and care.

Whether through one-on-one coaching or group facilitation training, my work is about supporting you to increase your capacity for your next contribution with greater ease and purpose.

Through my programs, you will:

Feel grounded and connected to yourself as you pursue your dream, cause, or passion

Thrive as a facilitator and make an even bigger impact in the groups and communities you serve

Together, we’ll develop ways to build your resilience through reflection, awareness, and daily practices.

You’ll be fully supported and grounded as you create the results you desire.

I serve people and groups striving to create peace and belonging – inside and out.

I’ve always been an explorer. Maybe you can relate?

My wandering nature has led me to visit and live in a variety of places across Canada, Central America, Europe and West Africa.

Adventures with Canada World Youth and Katimavik exposed me not only to the beauty, diversity and possibility of personal and social transformation, but those experiences also introduced me to facilitation.

“Paula’s whole-hearted and curiosity-centered approach showed me how I could become ‘unstuck’, and taught me that I was capable of making internal changes with diligent and gentle attention to the information my emotions, body, and mind were giving to me.”
