Meeting the Moment
A free Fall Equinox Gathering

A change of seasons gives us an opportunity to pause, notice where we are, and consider how we want to move into what comes next.
On the Fall Equinox, I’m inviting you to join me for a simple online gathering to explore what it means to meet the moment we’re in.
Our lives are full of moments we can’t fully predict or control. Some are difficult, some are exciting, and some are both. We might be navigating a challenging situation at work, feeling stretched by change, beginning something new, or simply finding ourselves in a season of uncertainty.
During our time together, I’ll guide you through the four steps in the Fall Reflection Guide:
Choose a moment: Identify a moment, experience, or season of your life that you’d like to practice being with.
Listen to the moment: Pause and consider what the moment might be asking of you, including the possibility that it feels like it’s asking too much.
Find a phrase to carry with you: Create a simple phrase that helps you remember how you want to meet this moment, while making space for whatever feelings are present.
Find an anchor
Connect your phrase to something in your body or the physical world that can help you return to your practice.
We’ll have time for individual reflection, small-group conversation, and whole-group sharing as we move through the steps together.
Come prepared to have your camera on and to participate. You won’t need to have anything figured out ahead of time.
The intention is for you to leave with a simple, personal practice that you can weave into your everyday life and return to when you need it.
